Place was clean, everything was excellent. First-class service, even though a few employees were not very friendly. The location was peaceful, really close to downtown and a tennis court and local restaurants, in a great area. Trois-Rivieres Ouest district was worth visiting.

The glass sliding doors that lead to the car park and pool are only lockable from the inside. Thus every time you want to leave or enter the room you must exit via the hotel doors.
